I’m Jane Grieme, a personal trainer of 17 years, fitness coach, nutrition professional, and faith-based wellness advocate based in South Dakota.

I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education & Recreation, along with minors in Nutrition and Psychology. After serving six years in the Air National Guard—where I earned additional fitness certifications from the Cooper Institute—I began my career as a personal trainer at Tryon Gym in Sioux Falls. I later trained and managed at Complete Fitness, where I built a reputation as one of the area’s top trainers.

Known locally as “G.I. Jane,” I bring a disciplined, military-inspired approach to training. I’ve competed on stage, including the 2014 Model America Fitness Universe event in Las Vegas, and I’ve trained in martial arts. My greatest passion is helping women (and anyone ready to do the work) grow stronger in both body and spirit.

As a wife and homeschooling mom of four (with two more in heaven), my faith is at the center of everything I do. I believe real transformation comes from within—it’s always been “me against me.” I’m deeply committed to helping people build sustainable strength, mobility, and confidence through smart, form-focused training, solid nutrition, and a holistic approach that honors both physical and spiritual health.

I offer in-person personal training, online coaching, nutrition guidance, and faith-integrated wellness programs. My ideal clients are those with a clear goal, a positive attitude, and the willingness to work hard. I’m obsessive about finding the safest, most efficient ways to help you move and feel your best.
